CONQUERORS IN CHRIST

We as family have to put our differences aside. We as a church family must love one another. We will not always agree on everything, but we must agree to put our differences aside, and agree to disagree in love. Isn’t that what we are suppose to do? Aren’t we suppose to love as Jesus loves? Isn’t that what He does? Does He not love everyone?

Doesn’t the Bible say Jesus came to save the world; not just a chosen few, but all peoples of all kinds? John 3: 16-17 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” Isn’t that what we are suppose to be doing, spreading the good news? Spreading the love of Jesus; standing strong in the face of adversity?

Mark 11:24 says, “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” Aren’t we suppose to be examples of our Lord & Savior; loving, praying, believing, standing strong on the Word of God? How can we be an example if we are always having our pity parties? Don’t get me wrong, I know things happen in our lives that are terrible & heartbreaking, but we can still have our faith. We can still stand strong on the Word of God; believing and knowing “that all things work together for good to them that love God. To them who are called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28)

This should encourage us as children of God. When we endure suffering, afflictions, and trials in this life; God will bring good out of it all conforming us into the image of Christ. Romans 8:37 says, “In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.”
